AREZZO – New hires, new markets, and new technologies in 2025 for Fenix Automation. The Arezzo-based company closes 2025 on a positive note, having consolidated its position among the most dynamic players in the Italian and international industrial robotics scene, contributing to the development of further automation solutions for production processes. The Fenix Automation headquarters in Via Calamandrei is now considered a high-tech center where technicians and engineers collaborate to design customized mechanical, electronic, and IT systems capable of optimizing the operations of companies in various sectors, with a particular focus on sustainability, safety, and energy efficiency.

An important recognition of the quality of robotics “made in Arezzo” came from participation in the Productronica trade fair in Munich, one of the world’s largest events dedicated to the electronics industry, where Fenix Automation had a privileged showcase to experience moments of discussion, listening, and inspiration with operators from every continent. This event allowed the company to further expand its commercial horizons, especially towards Eastern Europe, by consolidating relationships with companies from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary, continuing its path of internationalization and growth of its distribution network.

Investments in Research & Development have also led to innovation, particularly in electronic board handling systems, improving productivity through increasingly advanced integrated systems for loading, unloading, moving, turning, and storing printed circuit boards, with flexible and customizable solutions to reduce processing times, margins of error, and energy consumption. The success of this approach is also reflected in the growth of the workforce, with new hires completed in 2025 confirming Fenix Automation’s commitment to investing in skills and human capital as a strategic lever for tackling future challenges.
